Basic Training Webinars
The Alexandria basic training webinars will be delivered in two parts on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month. Part One will cover the basics of Patrons, Items, and Circulation, while part Two will go over Operations, Tools, and Preferences. Each session includes Q&A.
Thursdays
We are the only providers of free online training and certification process of our library software. Alex U is a combination of videos which will show you the ins and outs of using our software and we recommend that all end users take our Basic Course.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
Our dedicated trainers will take a hands-on approach in our one-on-one trainings. These trainings can be conducted in a live webinar or on-site format. We recommend that you plan on purchasing at least one webinar or on-site training when first implementing Alexandria Library Software.
